Design and appearance
With a 1.39-inch gracing the display of the smartwatch, the Lem 7 is a sleek and thin smartwatch with a circular design that appeals to the majority. A heart rate sensor is fitted on the back of the device while a dial on the right allows the user to perform various functions.
The material, however, is polycarbonate. However, the good work on it makes sure that the watch looks and feels up-market and premium. Like most of the other watches on the market, the bands are swappable are high-quality.
With the 2.0 MP built-in cameras, you can take average-quality videos and photos, very useful in the case of emergencies.
The plus point is that the LEMFO smart watch acts like a watch phone with which, you can receive and make calls, send/receive messages, a courtesy of the dedicated Nano-SIM slot of the watch.
The 400×400 resolution 1.39-inch display is protected from small-height drops and scratches by a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass with AF coating.
The display is visible under direct sunlight and the MediaTek MT6737M chipset with 16 GB inbuilt storage and 1 GB of RAM, is a combination that guarantees a swift lag-free experience.
A physical button on the right side of the watch can be turned to switch between display screen, pushed in to act like a home button, and pressed at various sensitivities to perform various functions like turning on the display light.
Powered by Android Nougat, the watch offers various connectivity options such as WIFI, GPS, Bluetooth and 4G LTE.The LEMFO Watch application available on the Play Store can be used for pairing the LEMFO smartwatch with the supported Android devices. The watch’s various sensors like the 3-axis accelerometer, geomagnetic sensor, barometer and heart-monitoring sensor, track various activities such as sleep, heart-rate, steps and more.
The 700 mAh built-in battery is more than enough to last throughout the day even after heavy usage, although you might need to charge it at night. The watch can be charged by connecting it to the cradle and the connecting the cradle to a micro-USB charger
For a shy price-tag of $145, the LEMFO smartwatch does a lot more than its rivals in the same segment. The abundance of features, connectivity, latest software and adequate battery life, make the LEMFO LEM 7 a must-have for every gadget lover on the block.
